Reasons To Use Our Services
Determined by client preference, our entertainment style is very flexible.
We are as comfortable doing traditional "classic" or "low key" as we are performing "interactive" entertainment.
We offer your choice of either a male or a female DJ, giving you some options that other local companies can not provide.
To ensure that there are no surprises, we'll review special options with you in advance. We'll share our past experiences to provide input regarding your choices and how they may affect your intentions.
The image of your venue and the entertainer's equipment appearance will be something your guests will notice, and a reflection of your judgment.
Many DJ companies simply set their equipment out in the open on a table provided by the venue, which leaves cases and wires exposed.
All of our equipment will be neatly hidden behind an elegant black facade on a black skirted table, making a statement of elegance for your celebration.

Do you "send people" or is it you personally who will be there ?
Weddings are a 'personal' event, and it's important that you know the personality of the professional that you've included in your celebration. We are the owners AND the performers. You will actually meet with the exact Emcee (Stephen or April) who will host your reception.
|
What types of music do you bring with you ?
Every kind you can imagine, for every age and musical taste!
We get our music from the Radio Programming and Management hit CD service, so we typically have almost every song that was ever a hit and played on the radio stations around the country during the past 50 years!
If, by chance, we don't have a particular selection in our extensive collection, we'll gladly play it from your CD.
|
Is there some place I can come see you ?
We only perform at private parties, so we can't invite you to another brides reception, however, we do have a demo video with footage from many recent wedding receptions.
This will allow you to see us without intruding on another brides celebration. If you have a HIGH SPEED internet connection, view it now!
|
What equipment do you use ? Do you have back-up ?
Bose Panaray 502 series speakers (with subwoofers for larger events), QSC 3200 watt power amps, and Shure wireless microphones. We also use 900-watt powered speakers at smaller venues, and as backup sound reinforcement.
We bring TWO of every component, so we're completely covered in the rare event of an equipment failure (which we've NEVER had to date).
|
How long will the DJ require to Set-up ?
Although we will arrive 1 hour prior to the contract start time, our powerful yet compact system will be playing in only 15-20 minutes.
There in no charge for setup time. |
Does the DJ take any Breaks ?
No.
|
When is the Balance due ?
The balance (excluding overtime) should be paid in full BEFORE the end of dinner.
|
How much of the music can we select to be played ?
We pride ourselves in being completely customizable, and are happy to discuss your needs with you in order to provide you with a wedding celebration that you'll always remember!
|
What if we want the DJ to just play music and not put on
a show ?
No problem! The Bride and Groom should always be the focus of the wedding reception, so we do not do anything to draw attention to ourselves, thus taking away from their special day.
|
Is a meal required for the DJ and will the DJ drink during
the show ?
While it is not required to provide your DJ with a meal, it is appreciated. If you choose not to, we just ask that you let us know in advance so that we can prepare.
We NEVER drink alcohol while performing at your celebration.
|
What if the event start time is changed after the agreement is signed ?
In most cases, this is not a problem. If there is a conflict due to another performance, your deposit will be cheerfully refunded, and we'll even assist you in locating another available professional.
|
Do you have a cancellation policy ?
You may cancel or postpone your event at any time, however, since we will be refusing other potential clients once we receive your deposit, the deposit itself will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE (although it will be applied to a postponed date, presuming that we're available).
|
What if the DJ gets sick or can't make it for some other reason ?
DEATH is the only acceptable reason for missing a performance!
Haven't you ever heard the phrase 'the show MUST go on'? |
